The unique management structure of Jaxara has helped create a unique environment that is friendly and supportive.

Because everyone in the BD office is an employee of the parent US company we have a very friendly relationship between all tiers of the company; something rarely seen in a BD company.

The US team never interferes with the day to day running of the company which provides us the freedom to work within our cultural/national customs such as daily prayers, government holidays etc. while guiding and instructing us where their assistance is most required: in project development and management.

Sarder Mehede Dilder

Sarder Mehede Dilder is the country manager for Jaxara IT Ltd. His primary responsibility is to transform the vision of the US management team into a reality. So, on a day to day basis he is involved in all the strategic decisions, recruitment and retention activities, legal affairs etc. His personal motto is to establish Jaxara as model for the IT industry in BD.

Sarder Mehede Dilder possesses 15 years of Executive/Management Level experience working within various National (Bangladeshi) and International and Non-Government Organizations . Most recently Mr. Dilder worked with Proshika, one of the largest Development Organizations of Bangladesh as Central Coordinator. Past Organizations include the Society For Peace and Development (SPD), an education based organization, which has a successful record of achieving significant behavioral change in various Educational Institutes within Bangladesh.

Mr. Dilder has in-depth working experience within various Organizations. His experiences include human resource management, participatory planning, implementing, monitoring, evaluation, project team organization, recruiting, process monitoring and implementation, budgetary/cost responsibility, quality and time constraints.

Monjurul Alam Mamun

Monjurul Alam Mamun is the Chief Technology Officer at Jaxara, responsible for the complete Software Development Life Cycle and Best Practice adherence within the entire company. He is responsible for tracking emerging technologies, project planning, architecture, development, quality assurance, build management process and developing technology strategies for Jaxara.

Mamun joined Jaxara in 2005 as Senior Software Engineer. As a visionary, expert software engineer and technical project manager, he combines his impressive background in solving customers' problems and building company with a natural intensity and commitment to excellence. After years of experience with Jaxara's proprietary technologies and processes, he advanced to the senior positions - Lead Software Engineer, Technical Project Manager, Senior Technical Project Manager and now CTO.

Mamun has over 10 years of experience in the field of software development. He has worked with some world class national and international companies like M2Sys Technology, Grameen Software (now Grameen Solutions) and Flora Systems and was involved with several mission critical applications for CommuniClique, FedEx, Comcast, Novartis, George Mason University among many others. He has also provided training courses on .Net to a technology group working for UNDP.

Mamun received his B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Madras in India and M.Sc. in Computer Science from the Independent University, Bangladesh. He has received certifications in Oracle in Chennai (India), Advanced Networking in Bangalore (India) and Ektron CMS in Singapore. Mamun is also a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS).

Shiblee Mehdi

Shiblee Mehdi joined Jaxara as Quality Assurance Manager with nearly 7 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing. He is a graduate degree holder along with several trainings conducted by international professionals on:

• 'Principles of Software Testing' organized by IIST, USA.
• 'Advanced Quality Control and Testing with Tools' organized by Doreen Schmidt, Director, CSB GmbH, Germany.

At the beginning of his career, he was employed as Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Syndesa Bangladesh Ltd., GeneSys Systems Ltd., and M&H Informatics (BD) Ltd..

His expertise on quality assurance and testing focuses mainly on web, CMS and E-commerce based web application for online B2B. He also worked as a visual basic programmer in GeneSys System Ltd. on a MIS system and at the very same time worked as trainer on visual basic in two renowned local training institutes.

With Shiblee's lead, a well equipped testing team is working on different areas of software quality assurance and testing. Where Black Box & white box testing, performance & load testing, security flaws in the developed application are mainly focused. To cover these Shiblee uses different utility tools & automated testing tools and is leading his team to become a development centric testing team.

Ash-Shakur Rahaman

Ash-Shakur Rahaman has a baccalaureate degree in Computer Science from the University of Bangalore, Bangalore (India) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Information and Communication Technology from BUET, Dhaka (Bangladesh).

Currently AR is working in Jaxara as a Development Manager. He supervises different teams of developers and handles any technical requirements of projects currently under development by his team.

Prior to joining Jaxara AR has worked as a Java Programmer (Grameen Software Ltd, Dhaka) , Database Programmer (SDNP Bangladesh), Senior Software Engineer (M&H Informatics ).

AR has worked on enterprise web and database driven application for international stakeholders which includes UNDP, Novartis, Avaloq, Sankyo, NewsCom, and many more.

He has attended various local and international professional training on different technologies including:

• Training on Ektron CMS 400.Net
• Training on Project development management using Crystal Methodology
• Training on Effective IP Management
• Training on Designing and Architecting Enterprise Database Management in Oracle
• Training on Building Enterprise web application in EJB

AR has also compiled many training materials on Java, EJB for internationally renowned Computer Training Institution.

AR's interests lie in the areas of information modeling, database modeling, object oriented analysis and design, requirement engineering, design methodologies, and enterprise knowledge development.
