	Plyometrix™ is Jaxara’s proprietary software development methodology. It is the process we follow that enables us to complete software projects of any complexity on time and on budget. It is based on the Agile methodology, but Plyometrix™ makes Jaxara different from of our competitors because of its emphasis on communication and the efficient use of all resources. We feel that these are the keys to a project’s success. Every Jaxara client is assigned a Collaboration Manager who acts as their single point of contact for all project-related matters through every phase of their project. The main responsibility of the Collaboration Manager is to continuously maintain alignment between the project’s implementation team and the client’s vision. This person provides 100% transparency to our clients by conducting calls—at any desired interval—to communicate the status of all pending issues and to submit a progress report.

	Your vision is our priority

	The first step of Plyometrix™ and step one of the Discovery Phase is the formulation of the Vision of the Solution. The vision document acts as a starting point for communicating to our client Jaxara’s high level understanding of what is required. This document is highly tuned and based on feedback offered by the client. Once the Vision of the Solution has been established, Jaxara specifies all of the granular functionality of the system (user stories) in terms of the various kinds of jobs who will use the system (roles). When this granular description of the solution is completed through iterations of client feedback, all of the project’s specific requirements will be reflected in this plain language document. We call this the Scope of Work.

	Seeing is believing

	With the Scope of Work in hand, the real magic of Plyometrix™ begins. Through a component of Plyometrix™ called Interface Driven Design™ (IDD), we actually create Interactive Screen Mocks™ (ISM) that illustrate every user interface of the intended solution. This enables our clients to "use" the software before the software is implemented. The ISMs are drafted in keeping with the Scope of Work and the Vision of the Solution. Meanwhile, the application model and database model designs are being drafted based on the iterative feedback that our clients give us about the ISMs. In this way we can complete the solution’s entire design quickly with precision and accuracy.

	Test... and test again

	With the solution’s design completed and approved the project moves into the Test Formulation Phase. This phase involves writing unit tests for every code element and test cases for every scope of work element. The creation of every line of source code will be driven by the mandate that it pass the tests set forth in this phase of the project. Once the test cases are delivered the project plan can be finalized and the actual implementation of the solution can begin.Under Plyometrix™, the cycle of implementation has a natural rhythm. Each day the project’s development team writes code in keeping with the project plan. Every line of code produced must pass its unit test. When a module of functionality is completed it must pass its test case as will b e determined by the QA engineer. The QA engineer will iterate with the developers until all of the test cases are passed. When this occurs an iteration of the application will be ready for the Collaboration Manager to demonstrate to the client. Over time and through repeated iterations this process yields finely tuned and well crafted software.

	When the entire solution has been implemented, Jaxara works with its client to ensure 100% satisfaction levels through a rigorous User Acceptance Testing phase. When the runtime deliverables have been approved, we help the client deploy the solution into their production environment.
