Training

As an effort to increase the efficiency, skill and expertise of the Jaxara team members; Jaxara sponsors and also conducts regular training programs.

Internal Training
To bring all team members to the same level, as well as to exchange knowledge, Jaxara conducts regular internal training programs. The programs cover both the development and coding as well as quality assurance.

Development and Coding
By rotation, members of Jaxara conduct training on topics and areas they have extensive knowledge, or have accumulated new insight. Training groups vary from 4-5 team members to the entire development team. Such regular training enables all members to be in the same level of understanding of various tricks, tips, tools and methods in development fields.

Quality Assurance
Just like training of programming team, regular training is conducted among quality assurance team as well. With the focus to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction, training are conducted for both Black box and White Box testing as well as the use of automation tool.

External Training & Certification
Jaxara encourages certification and thus sponsors certification examination for programming, quality assurance and project management. The organization has recently sponsored and gained Microsoft Certification [MCTS] for all its .Net developers.

The company hopes that soon all employees of Jaxara will be certified in their field of expertise. As such the Quality Assurance certification, Adobe ColdFusion Certification, certifications for the Project Management department, on Database are underway.

Jaxara not only encourages training and certification in Bangladesh, but has also sent Bangladesh team members abroad to train themselves in cutting edge technology.

This, the company believes, will serve to provide better solution to its customers, increase efficiency of work and also increase the individuals' skills and knowledge.
